
A vacancy has arisen for the position of a full-time Stores & Administration Assistant to join our Procurement team.
The successful candidate should be an energetic and smart individual, who enjoys working with people, possess excellent communication and organisation skills and be fluent in the use of computers.
Reporting to the Procurement Manager, the selected individual would be responsible for the following:
1. Organising and managing incoming supplies
2. Maintaining a good level of Food, Beverage and General Supplies stock in stores
3. Organising and issuing requisitions to hotel outlets
4. Assisting the department with administration work
The interested candidate is required to have a driving licence, as driver duties may be requested from time to time, and previous working experience, preferably in a similar role, is necessary. Previous use of Materials Control Software will be considered favourable.
