Our international client is seeking a German-Speaking Customer Service Agent to represent one of their most important clients in the luxury automobile sector. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for answering calls and emails from clients, providing a high-quality customer service experience.


  • Act as the point of contact for incoming calls and emails from clients.
  • Provide a high-quality customer service experience, addressing any inquiries or concerns that the clients may have.
  • Ensure that all interactions with clients are documented accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that clients receive the best possible service.


  • Previous experience in a B2C customer service support role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Native level of German and fluent level of English.
  • Ability to work 39 hours per week from Monday to Friday, working hours alternate between 8 and 20.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in the luxury automobile sector is a plus.
