Trainee Recruiter in Gozo

Spoton Connections, a leading quality-driven recruitment Boutique with offices in Malta, Gozo, Portugal, and Spain, is seeking Trainee Recruiters to join our dynamic team in Gozo. As a Trainee Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

• Addressing candidates’ inquiries promptly and professionally via telephone, email, and social media.
• Providing guidance and assistance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Developing and expanding your professional network to generate leads and acquire new clients.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring their requests are handled efficiently and professionally.
• Collaborating with clients to understand their specific requirements and preparing accurate job descriptions accordingly.
• Utilizing various sources to conduct searches and identify potential candidates.
• Conducting pre-screening, interviews, and shortlisting of applicants based on client criteria.

Requirements:

• Self-motivated, mature, and highly organized individual capable of working independently.
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
• Possesses business acumen, sales flair, and a self-driven attitude.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English is essential. Additional languages are considered an asset.
• Previous experience in a Recruitment and/or Human Resources environment is preferred.
• Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Psychology and/or Human Resources will be considered an asset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Possession of the ECDL (European Computer Driving License) qualification is preferred.
