Our client is seeking an Account Administration Officer to join their team in Malta. The successful candidate will have a basic understanding of accounting principles and at least one year of experience living in Malta.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, statements, and other accounting documents
- Maintain financial records and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
- Assist in the management of accounts payable and receivable
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements and other financial records
- Conduct routine audits of financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- At least one year of experience living in Malta
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
