Account and Administrator Officer

Our client is seeking an Account Administration Officer to join their team in Malta. The successful candidate will have a basic understanding of accounting principles and at least one year of experience living in Malta.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, statements, and other accounting documents
  • Maintain financial records and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
  • Assist in the management of accounts payable and receivable
  • Monitor and reconcile bank statements and other financial records
  • Conduct routine audits of financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions

 

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of accounting principles
  • At least one year of experience living in Malta
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
