Our client, a leading tech company specializing in enterprise-level architectures, is seeking an ERP Business Applications Consultant. This role involves defining and delivering solutions to facilitate change and deliver business benefits. The consultant will be responsible for analyzing, implementing, and supporting various product offerings and technologies at client sites.
Responsibilities:
Examine requirements and business processes to recommend solutions to address client needs
Participate in implementation and support of off-the-shelf ERPs and CRMs, as well as internally developed products
Effectively communicate business requirements and technical designs to non-technical stakeholders
Plan the mapping of requirements onto systems to support client business processes
Install and set up systems, parameterize them to ensure they deliver the intended benefits
Complete miscellaneous tasks assigned by the Head of Department
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
Experience in implementing ERPs, Financial Solutions, and CRMs, preferred
Certifications and/or experience in accounting, Microsoft ERP/CRM solutions, AL Language, and T-SQL, preferred
Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Admin, preferred
University degree or diploma in Business & Computing, Information Systems, or related fields
Strong analytical skills with a meticulous, methodical, and accurate approach to completing tasks.
