We are seeking a Spanish Native Salesman/Customer Service Representative to join our team in Malta. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales online and providing customer service to Spanish-speaking customers. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator with a passion for sales and customer service, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Generating sales by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities online and via phone/email.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with new and existing customers.
- Providing customer service to Spanish-speaking customers through email, chat, and phone.
- Responding to customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Managing customer accounts and processing orders.
- Collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and staying informed on industry trends.
- Providing regular reports on sales and customer service performance.
Requirements:
- Native Spanish speaker with excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Experience in sales and/or customer service.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable with technology and proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and online sales platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Prior experience in a remote work environment is a plus.
